Brad Giles is the founder and Managing Director of Evolution Partners, a business coach, author and speaker with more than twenty years of experience.
As a serial entrepreneur, Brad has founded multiple fast-growing companies. His recognition includes BRW Fast 100 rankings in 2003 and 2004, being an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist, and a WA Business News 40 Under 40 award.
Brad works with business owners, CEOs and leadership teams to build enduring, great businesses. His approach focuses on motivated, productive people, a clear strategy, consistent execution and a business model that generates cash as it grows. Since the 1990s, Brad has invested in learning through coaching memberships, the Entrepreneurs Organisation and executive education, averaging more than 300 hours of professional development each year. His background includes seven years as a Gazelles Scaling Up coach, contributing to Scaling Up (Rockefeller Habits 2.0), serving as an EO chapter president and participating in the Entrepreneurial Masters Program at MIT in Boston.

In this course, Brad guides business owners, sales managers and sales teams through a four-stage sales process with four milestones and 18 steps. Participants apply the process to their current sales opportunities, identify next actions and prepare their process for sales meetings and their CRM.
